These terms govern the text messages (SMS) sent by Josh Billigmeier (a sole proprietor, “we”) to individuals who have agreed to receive them.
This is a personal messaging program. We send text messages — reminders, scheduling, and coordination — to personal contacts who have opted in. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive personal SMS messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will
receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for
assistance, or START to resubscribe.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
