SMS Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Josh Billigmeier (a sole proprietor, “we”) handles information in connection with text messages (SMS) sent to personal contacts.

What we collect

We collect mobile phone numbers and the names of individuals who have agreed to receive text messages from us, along with the content of those messages. We do not collect any other personal information through this messaging program.

How we use it

Phone numbers and names are used solely to send personal text messages — reminders, scheduling, and coordination — to people who have opted in. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Sharing of information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade phone numbers or any other collected information. Information may only be disclosed to the SMS service provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you have requested, or where required by law.

Opt-in

Recipients opt in by giving explicit consent to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you agree to receive personal SMS messages at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may reply START to resubscribe.
